Strengths Advocate Series

To create a sustainable organizational culture focused on strengths, companies must develop champions, advocates.  Through our series we help bring a deeper understanding of strengths, a common language and we help build an army of strength spotters (advocates).  This doesn’t happen quickly, hence the reason for the series to help engage and reinforce the benefits of strengths-based culture.

Lisa’s passion and understanding of strengths and why and how it works is clear and inspired our team to come together quickly and learn. What was most impressive was your command of our group.

Q12 Assessment, Analysis & Coaching

Understanding and driving change with employee engagement is a process, as Catalyst Consulting has developed this engagement to help support the initial organizational steps. The Q12 survey helps employers understand their employees’ needs, work experiences, and areas that require improvement to enhance overall employee engagement and productivity.  Our engagement leverages our experience and insight to help leaders properly prepare and execute this valuable survey.  Catalyst Consulting has also used the Q12 survey to turn the lens on leadership, to help explore areas of opportunity, coaching and development.
